hey Altieri thanks for coming to VoA with us last night. Next week is Thanksgiving for you american folks, so there isn't going to be a raid on *thursday* of next week - however there will be a raid on the Tuesday. So please be on and ready to go on Tuesday for ToC25, VoA, and Ony. and perhaps some northrend beasts in ToGC.

Invites go out at 7:45pm.

In the mean time, please be in chat channel /Elysiumrecruits so that guildies can see and interact with you, and perhaps run some 10 mans or something over the weekend :)

14. If you are interested in raiding, describe things you enjoy about raiding. Working together as a group of players. all having separate jobs, and still reaching our goal. I like a group that can trust each other to do their own assignments.

15. If you are interested in raiding, describe things you don't enjoy about raiding. I do not enjoy failing. Wiping is not failing.

16. Please provide us with an account of your experience with raiding in WoW. I reached 80 not so long ago, around the introduction of ulduar (yes I am new to the game). I know how it feels to be in a group that is a total failure (aka- pugs ). And i know how it feels to complete a raid with a repair bill of 50 silver.

17. If you are interested in raiding, and based on the information you have learned in the post on Guild Organization, do you think you would be a better fit for our Reserve Division or for our Raiding Division (Elite/Vanguard)? Raiding division. I would be able to attend the listed raid days and times. I wouldnt want to be more of a replacment becasue someone didnt show up but I understand you need to work your way up to the position of an elite and I am willing to do so.

18. Elysium currently raids 25-man instances from 8pm to 12am server time every Tuesday and Thursday, as well as from 8pm "until we're done" every Friday. If you are interested in the Raiding Division, would you be able to attend those three nights 80% of the time or more? Tuesdays and Thurdays I would definitly attend more than 80% but Fridays I would not be able to attend 80%.

19. To allow for better raid composition or to help distribute loot where it will be most useful, are you willing to occasionally sit out raids while remaining available to fill-in if a spot opens up mid-raid? yes

20. Do you forsee any changes in your availability in the future, such as a new work schedule or school, that would reduce the number of raids you can attend or require you to leave raids before they are over? no

21. Some classes can fill multiple roles (tank / dps / heal). If that's the case for your class, which role(s) do you enjoy the most, and which role(s) do you not enjoy so much? Why?

22. Do you have the ability to provide your own Flask for nights we are working on new content? This can sometimes be as many as twelve Flasks per week. I do not have a proffesion but I can purchase them.

23. Would you be inclined to visit the guild forums on a daily basis to stay in touch with current guild news, announcements and discussion, as well as to contribute your own input? yes

24. Do you have Ventrilo installed and tested to be working properly? yes

25. Do you have a working headset microphone configured to work with Ventrilo using a "push-to-talk" button? yes

29. What are your overall plans for Wrath of the Lich King? What specific goals have you set for yourself to reach before the release of the next expansion? Any other characters you plan on leveling / gearing up? Achievements, titles, professions, etc. I plan on learning icecrown and clearing it. I do wish to level a profession to make easier gold. Perhaps learning a new spec or even class.
